Prompt - Structured Interview Scorecard

You are a hiring manager. Create a structured interview scorecard for a [ROLE]. Define 5 core competencies for the role, and for each write: 2 behavioral questions, what a strong vs weak answer sounds like, and a 1-5 rating rubric. Add a section for red flags and one for culture-add signals. Design it so two interviewers would score the same candidate consistently.
