1. Overview
PromptsLib (accessible at prompts.nileshblog.tech), owned and operated by NileshBlog Tech, respects the intellectual property rights of authors, artists, and creators. We have adopted this DMCA Copyright Policy in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (Title 17, United States Code, Section 512) and other applicable copyright laws.
As an open, community-driven AI art prompt catalog, our users submit prompts and link reference previews. If you believe your copyrighted materials have been uploaded or published on prompts.nileshblog.tech in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow the filing guidelines below to request expedited removal.
2. Filing an Infringement Notice
To file a valid copyright infringement notice, you must submit a written communication (via email or physical mail) to our designated Copyright Agent.
⚠️ WARNING: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys fees. Please verify your claim before filing.
3. Required Claim Details
Your written DMCA notice must contain the following specific information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., link to original artwork, registration records).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed, including the exact URL(s) on PromptsLib where it is hosted.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and an email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
4. Filing a Counter-Notice
If your submitted prompt or reference image was removed as a result of a copyright claim and you believe this was due to a mistake or misidentification, you can submit a written Counter-Notification to our agent.
Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, we will send a copy to the original complaining party. We may restore the removed material between 10 to 14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking an injunction against the publisher.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
PromptsLib operates a strict repeat infringer policy. Any community user who repeatedly uploads copyrighted assets without appropriate rights or licenses will have their account credentials permanently suspended, their submissions scrubbed, and their IP address blocked from submitting further material to the database.
